03. CUSTOM PROPOSAL

I’ll send over a package proposal, custom quote, flexible payment plan, and contract. I’ll also include a mock timeline to help you visualize the natural flow of your day and determine how many hours of coverage fit best.

04. MAKE IT OFFICIAL

Review your proposal, sign your contract, and submit your retainer online to secure your date on my calendar. Please note: dates remain open to other inquiries until both the contract and retainer are complete.

05. ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Once you're officially on the calendar, we’ll set up your engagement session! This is the perfect chance to get comfortable in front of my camera, practice taking pictures together, and capture this fleeting season.

06. PRE-WEDDING PREP & TIMELINE

During the months leading up, I’m here as your guide—offering vendor recommendations, styling advice, and tips. Three months before your wedding, we’ll review, refine, and confirm the timeline we built together.

07. WEDDING DAY DETAILS

Two months prior to your event, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to confirm all your day-of logistics, vendor info, and must-have family photo lists.

08. FINAL WEDDING PREP

Thirty days before your wedding, your final questionnaire and remaining balance are due. We’ll make sure every detail is set so you can breathe easy.

09. YOUR WEDDING DAY!

The big day is here! I’ll arrive early to scout the layout and lighting. Thanks to all our prep, you can simply relax, be present, and marry your best friend while I document the real moments as they unfold.

10. GALLERY DELIVERY

You’ll receive a sneak peek of your day within 14 days to get you excited, followed by your complete, hand-edited gallery delivered in 8–12 weeks. Pro tip: plan a quiet date night with your new spouse to look through the photos together and relive the entire day all over again.
